RETURNS POLICY

1. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF WE ARE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DATE ON WHICH THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED

2. Please carefully read and follow all instructions that come with our products.

3. For hygiene purposes, we can only accept unopened goods for return that are still in their original packaging.

4. If the product opened or tampered up, we cannot accept a return.

5. You must return any products in new condition with all original packaging and materials.

6. Our returns and refunds procedure is as follows:

  • STEP 1 – Contact us on 031 201 0843 or email info@dermmatchafrica.com. Please email us with your order details. We will immediately provide you with a returns form to fill in.
  • STEP 2 – If your product is approved for a return by us, then return the Product using a private courier company at your cost. We will provide you with our delivery details.
  • STEP 3 – Once we have received your package, we will process a refund or credit note accordingly after inspecting your package. This will be processed within 30 days from the date of delivery of your package to us.

7. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the goods safely and in appropriate conditions.

8. Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you after of our notification.
